At Nurevian LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help make things right.

 Return & Refund Overview

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Nurevian LLC does not charge any restocking fees.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@nurevian.com or +1 270-234-0803 if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled but may be returned following our standard return policy.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase.
Shipping Area: Nurevian LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Method & Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery after processing.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders.
