Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Nurevian LLC currently ships to addresses within the **United States only**. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
