Nurevian LLC ships orders exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Method & Times: We offer Standard Shipping, which typically delivers within 3-7 business days after processing.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Nurevian LLC pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
7. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nurevian LLC.
Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@nurevian.com to receive return instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider).
